Amazing location.. Super clean with all the basic amenities..Heater in every options... Separate Bathroom and Toilets on each floor. Easy to communicate with.. Whole process was smooth and made our stay enjoyable... 300m from Mt. Buller Village. House is on hill side, with 3 floors. So be prepare to climb. Thank you None

The chalet was really nice, clean, and felt brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable—my husband was in love with the mattress and doona! We also loved the heated tiles in the bathrooms and the fluffy robes provided, such a nice touch. The key lanyards were also very handy and made things super convenient. The location was great, just a short walk to the main village. It was perfect for families—we did our own Easter egg hunt across the three levels which the teens loved, and our 2-year-old had the best time at the village Easter egg hunt. A big thank you to Mike and Anna as well for generously offering us a complimentary late check-out—it was really appreciated and made our stay even more relaxing. The front of the property was still slightly under construction, particularly the stairs which were a bit unfinished with some loose rocks, so you just had to be careful walking up. One of the teens in our group did slip/trip, so it’s something to be mindful of. Also, quite a few things in the village were closed over Easter weekend, which was surprising given how busy it was—only one restaurant was open and it was very crowded. The Air Zone was closed, and while we enjoyed the Gnome Roam walk, some gnomes (including the final one) were missing which made the ending a bit disappointing. Also worth noting for future guests—the kitchen and lounge are on the top floor, so there are quite a few stairs.

I booked this last minute in the evening after getting stuck on Mt Buller. We booked and quick communication from the owners got us in promptly. Clean, well appointed - a huge relief after a rough day. Thanks so much 👍👍👍 Nothing!

We stayed at the Mt Buller 3 bedroom Glazier Apartment as two families (four adults and four kids), and it couldn’t have been more ideal. The apartment felt practically brand new,immaculately clean, thoughtfully organised, and well equipped for a comfortable a Alpine getaway. The layout was perfect for our group, the kids loved their dedicated bunk room, which freed up the two private bedrooms for the adults. It struck a great balance between shared family space and privacy. Location wise, it’s just a short 5 minute walk to the village centre. While free shuttles were available, we genuinely enjoyed the walk each time. Also was a location if the Apartment was easy, scenic, and a nice way to start and end the day. The host was fantastic, transparent, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the booking and stay. Communication was seamless, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a modern, well located accommodation with great amenities and a warm, reliable host.

Mike and his wife were very warm and welcoming hosts who made our first trip to the snow (especially as a family with young kids) very smooth. Check in and check out was simple, we had a quick tour, were given helpful information, and they helped us to navigate through the uncertainty around arrival and departures with their amazing flexibility arrangements. We hope to make family snow trips a regular thing and would definitely come back and stay here again, or recommending to others. Not a downside at all.... but a hopeful suggestion.... for when families with younger children are staying.... if possible, would be handy to have a baby gate or similar at the top level to block off stairway access...

Very new clean stylish and comfortable apartment over 3 floors. Lovely view from the living room. Well heated with wall heaters in all rooms and floor heating in the bathrooms. Well appointed compact kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Good location near a shuttle stop and a short walk to the village. Master bedroom is spacious but other 2 bedrooms are compact.

What are beautiful chalets on a top of snow mountain. Everything was a beautiful like a brand new house nice and clean. Thanks to the owner for having us. Can’t wait to be there again next time 😎. Very recommended Nothing we can complain about.. everything was perfect

It was immaculately clean, a fairly easy walk to central and had some lovely views. Above and beyond the usual, the managers/owners were so kind at what turned out to be a very difficult time for the family Everyone always complains about the price of ski holidays. I’m no exception, but for what we received the price was very fair. Otherwise, I only have good things to say.
