Oscar Properties: Your Gateway to Luxurious Beachside & Snowy Escapes

The location and view was incredible. The apartment is impeccable and Anna is such a lovely host who helped make our stay so memorable. We are a family of 4 with 2 young kids and had the time of our lives!

Our hosts personally and warmly welcomed us when we checked in at the chalet. We were traveling with small kids and lots of luggage, but the hosts and their staff helped us carry our bags to the house and gave us some welcome gifts. The unit was complete with all the amenities listed on their page, including a big kitchen with stove/microwave/dishwasher, a spacious dining area and living room, and a laundry room with multiple washers and dryers available. This unit is perfect for families and/or a group of friends who want to explore Mt. Buller for more than a day. We arrived well before our check-in time, but the hosts allowed us to leave our stuff at the entrance of their property until our designated time. The ski village could be accessed by hopping on/off the free village shuttle, and there is a stop (#6) that is only a few steps away from the chalet. After a long day at the busy ski village, one could relax either in the warm living room or in a room with a jacuzzi bathtub. The surrounding residential area is pretty quiet and we were able to get a good night sleep. We were initially confused about the location because the chalet was located behind a different/newly-built unit, and could only be accessed by climbing up the stairs. It was a bit challenging to haul big luggages specially with snow/ice on the ground.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Mt Buller. The location was excellent and so convenient and close to everything. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, right down to the heated tiles in the bathrooms, which were a wonderful touch in the cold weather. We would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mt Buller! Nothing

I had such a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Mt Buller! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. The location was perfect close to the slopes and easy to get around. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Providing helpful local tips or checking in to make sure everything was okay, their hospitality made a big difference. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Mt Buller and would love to stay here again!

From the moment we stepped in, it felt like a hidden gem in the heart of Mount Buller. The house was not just organised it was curated for comfort, warmth, and unforgettable memories. Every corner whispered relaxation, every detail felt intentional. Waking up to crisp mountain air, sipping coffee just minutes from the slopes... it was magical. A perfect blend of convenience and charm this place elevated our entire trip. If you're heading to Mount Buller and don’t stay here, you're missing out on something special.

The host was very friendly and response almost immediately very fast and responsive. Highly recommended for stay 10/10! , Host even go the extra mile as they gift us some gifts and assist us and make our stay so much pleasant and easy. Very understanding host and really appreciate all they done. They even did their best to make our stay pleasant. The house was very clean. Only thing I can think off is that it would be better if there were locks on both toilets, especially since some guests are holidaying with friends. Other than that it is really a 10/10 stay!!. But Once again, thank you for the great and memorable stay. TV was very big, enjoyed really alot!!. Definately will come back to stay again for holiday again if happen to come again. !!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! Perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids — spacious, warm, and thoughtfully designed. The kids loved the snow and bunk room, while the adults appreciated the comfort and luxury throughout. Everything was spotless and well-equipped. A fantastic winter escape — we’d love to return!

We had a brilliant stay at this stunning ski villa! Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids — the layout was perfect, and the kids loved having their own bunk room. Everything was beautifully furnished and felt really luxurious, while still being cosy and family-friendly. Great access to the slopes and all the comforts you could want after a day in the snow. Highly recommended!

What a magical stay! Mike’s and Anna's ski villa was the perfect spot for our family of four — warm, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. We were there for opening night and the fireworks over the snow made it unforgettable. Everything was seamless from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at Mike’s new ski villa for opening weekend! The place is absolutely stunning — luxurious, warm, and perfectly set up for a group of 8. We were lucky to catch a massive snowfall and couldn’t have asked for a better base to enjoy the mountain. Being there for opening night made it even more special. Can’t wait to come back later in the season!
